Geneviève Plante contacted me last February to ask if I would be interested in collaborating on her upcoming book. Being a fan of her blog, Vert Couleur Persil, already, I didn't need to think any further. Working with Geneviève was so easy and fun. When I received the book, I fell in love with her creativity and talent in turning accessible ingredients into these magical and perfectly-balanced recipes. I was also extremely impressed by the quality of the photos taken by Laura G Diaz. It's such a treat to see how our linens highlighted in the pages.
