Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1–5 business days. This is the time required for us to prepare and pack your order before it is handed to the carrier.

As a small business, some items are made to order, and we may not always keep large inventory quantities.

Please note that processing time is separate from shipping time. The delivery timeframe selected at checkout begins only once your order has been shipped and picked up by the carrier

If an unexpected delay occurs, we will contact you within 48 hours of your order.


Free Shipping Offer

We offer free standard shipping on orders over $125 within Canada and the United States with the code SHIPPINGOFF at checkout.

Please note:

  • The free shipping offer applies only to standard shipping.

  • If the code SHIPPINGOFF is used while Express shipping is selected, the order will still be shipped using the most economical standard shipping method.

  • Shipping costs exceeding $25 are not covered by this promotion and may require an additional charge.

For international orders, clients are responsible for any applicable customs duties, taxes, or import fees, as these vary by country.


RETURNS

If you are not fully satisfied with your order, please contact us at info@confettimill.com so that we can work together to find the best solution.

At Atelier Confetti Mill, we are always attentive to our clients’ feedback and we value creating objects that you will love to use for many years.

We make every effort to display colours as accurately as possible. However, colours may vary slightly depending on your monitor settings. If you are unsure, we recommend purchasing linen fabric samples before placing an order.

Because we absorb significant transaction and handling fees when processing orders, refunds are not issued.

If there is a problem with your order or an error on our side, we will gladly offer an exchange or store credit.

If the return is not due to a production or handling error, a 10% fee will be deducted from the store credit issued.

For items valued over $75, we recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.


RETURN CONDITIONS

  • Clients are responsible for return shipping costs.

  • Items must be returned in their original condition. If an item is returned used or damaged, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.

For Canadian orders:

  • Please contact us within 14 days of delivery for online orders, or within 14 days of purchase for in-store transactions.

  • Items must be returned within 30 days of delivery (online orders) or within 30 days of purchase (in-store purchases).


EXCEPTIONS

Due to the nature of certain products, the following items cannot be returned:

  • Masks
  • Sale items
  • Custom or personalized orders

Due to paperwork and shipping costs, all international sales are final and not eligible for returns.
